Description This little delightful little 4 stars hotel is family run and it was planned with all he character and charm of a antique Portuguese “ Solar”. With a welcoming atmosphere and a personal service, the hotel is built on two floors and has 15 well appointed bedrooms all with terrace or balcony. Each room is equipped with private bathroom (with bathrobe), direct dial telephone, alarm clock, satellite TV and air conditioning. A private safe is available for a small charge. The public area at the Solar de Mós boasts a very comfortable dining area with bar, fireplace and an adjacent lounge area all air-conditioned. Double doors lead to the sun terrace, swimming pool and the well-maintained gardens. We include a breakfast buffet, and in the terrace or in our dining room we serve traditional meals. The hotel is located at 2000 m from the historic centre of Lagos and, in the surroundings we can find the beaches of Porto de Mós (1000 m) and of D. Ana (1500 m). Also, near by (2000 m), you can enjoy a unique landscape of the Atlantic in Ponta da Piedade. In the area it’s also possible the practice of several sports like golf, tennis, diving, fishing, horse riding and others |
